Day 23 of Make Madness – Making T-Shirt Yarn

If you’ve read this blog for any length of time, you’ll know at least two things about me:  1.  I love dogs and 2.  I don’t like to waste anything.

So it should come as no surprise to you that I don’t throw out our t-shirts when they’ve seen better days or we’ve outgrown them.  I save them and I have a few ;-).

Today I’m going to make t-shirt yarn using this tutorial for the purpose of crocheting a floor rug.  Let’s see how it goes.
