Day 24 of Make Madness – Scrap Paper Storage
As I’ve mentioned a few times, I don’t like to waste anything. If I think I can eek out another something out of a supply, I’ll hang onto it. Doesn’t matter what it is.
Recently I tackled the task of organizing all my scrap paper from card making and scrapbooking. I took 8 see-through bins and organized my scraps by color. Admittedly there are large pieces of paper in these bins, but the bulk of the bits are less than 2-3″. Some of these bits I punch into tiny shapes and keep for embellishing projects, but the bigger tiny bits I keep for accent pieces.
I came across this post at Paper Pursuits and decided to organize my tiny scrap bits using a index file drawer. I found mine at a garage sale awhile back and haven’t found a use for it until now.
Until this evening,
